Returns

What Can Be Returned:

You can return items that are unused and in the same condition as when you got them. They should also be in the original packaging and price tags. We cannot accept returns for perishable items like flowers or custom-made orders unless they are damaged or defective.

How to Return an Item

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at luxepetalsgp@gmail.com. Include your receipt or date of the transaction.

Condition of Returned Items:

Returned items must be in their original condition. Items that are damaged or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Custom or personalised orders
